Terms of Use - Qvamp Booking Portal

1. Introductory provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between you as an end user (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Beatapp, s.r.o., company ID: 14270552, with registered office at Chalupníkova 1234/1, Ostrava - Zábřeh, Postal Code 700 30 (hereinafter referred to as "Qvamp"), as the operator of the online platform Qvamp Booking Portal (hereinafter referred to as "Portal"), available at qvamp.com.

2. Definition of terms

• User: A natural or legal person who seeks and requests event services through the Portal.
• Full registration: Create a user account by email or by logging in with your Google account.
• Partial registration: Registration created automatically when you send an enquiry without creating an account.
• Organisation: A space or supplier offering its services on the Portal.
• Request: An electronic request for a service offer sent by the User to the Organization.

3. Access and age restrictions

The portal may only be used by persons over 18 years of age who are fully capable of legal acts. By using the Portal, you confirm that you meet this condition.

4. Functions and services of the Portal

In particular, the portal offers the following functions:

• search for premises and services
• sending an enquiry to a specific organisation
• saving favourites (only after registration)
• internal chat with organisations
• inquiry and event management
• confirmation of calculations, contracts and offers
• feedback after the event

5. Registration and account

Full registration can be done via email or Google account. Partial registration is created automatically when you submit your enquiry. The user can upgrade his account to full registration at any time. The account is non-transferable.

6. Rules of conduct

The user undertakes:

• not to provide false or misleading information
• not to use chat for spamming or commercial messages
• respect the conditions of individual organisations
• do not send inquiries that are not motivated by a serious interest in the service

7. Responsibility

Qvamp is not responsible for the actions of organisations or for any contracts entered into, performance or non-performance by third parties. The User acts on his own responsibility. Qvamp does not guarantee the accuracy of the data in the profiles of organizations.

8. Remarketing and communication

The user agrees to receive automated messages such as:

• reminders of pending enquiries
• requesting feedback after the event
• information about new features, recommendations or news

You can unsubscribe from all marketing communications at any time.

9. Privacy Policy

The privacy policy is available here. In the case of partial registration, personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest for the purpose of processing enquiries and feedback, for a maximum period of 6 months.

10. Evaluation and feedback

The user may be prompted for feedback after the event has occurred. Qvamp reserves the right to display anonymised reviews with the relevant organisations. The user can request to hide or delete it.

11. Account cancellation

The User may request cancellation of his/her account at any time. Qvamp may terminate an account if it has been inactive for more than 12 months, violates these Terms or abuses the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Qvamp reserves the right to change these terms and conditions with 15 days' notice. The User will be informed of the change via email or the Portal interface. If he/she does not agree with the new wording, he/she has the right to cancel his/her account.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be settled before the competent court in Ostrava.
