Qvamp Booking Portal Code of Ethics

Our goal is to build a fair, transparent and secure environment for all users. This code sets out the basic principles we follow and require from our partners.

Truthfulness and transparency

  • All information in the profiles must be true and up-to-date (capacity, prices, availability, services).
  • Misleading or false information, fake photos or reviews are prohibited.

Level playing field and non-discrimination

  • Qvamp prohibits any form of discrimination against customers or partners on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion, age, health or other personal characteristics.
  • Every customer has the right to fair treatment and access to services.

Verified reviews and fair feedback

  • Reviews can only be added by customers who have actually booked through the Qvamp Booking Portal.
  • Manipulating or buying reviews is strictly prohibited.

Safety and reliability

  • The partners are responsible for ensuring that the services and facilities offered meet the applicable legal and safety standards.
  • Qvamp may temporarily hide or cancel a profile if it finds a serious violation of the rules.

A fair business model

  • Qvamp doesn't take commissions from events - we only work on the basis of licenses and paid profiles.
  • Partners and customers are assured of transparent prices and no hidden fees.

Dispute and complaint resolution

  • If a dispute arises between a customer and a partner, we strive to provide impartial support.
  • Formal complaints can be made at info@qvamp.com. Each one is usually dealt with within 14 days.

Adherence to this Code of Conduct is a condition of active presence on the Qvamp Booking Portal. Violation of the rules may lead to the restriction or cancellation of your profile.
